We all have played the marble maze, something like this

But what about a giant one? Let’s do it! After many design iterations, here is my design.

After machining, waterjetting, and CNC routing, finally, it it here!

The giant marble maze is driven by electric motors and being controlled by a game controller. The game is that a marble starts from Madison and participants can operate teh maze to arrive a city of destination. Please see this video (0:20 to 0:35). It was showcased at UW-Madison Engineering EXPO 2023. It was recognized as the most popular demo of the event!
